The hotel is situated in a good location, with some restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful, with the front desk girl providing useful information in a patient and kind manner. the bathroom was small, but the shower was good and the onsen was a nice surprise.
Some amenities were lacking like coffee in the bedroom.

We loved the cleanliness, onsen, and fast wifi at this hotel. The front desk staff were patient and helpful with our questions about getting around this city. the hotel had good parking facilities and an excellent location, with many attractions within walking distance. The breakfast was also a nice touch with a variety of decent items to choose from.
It was all superb!

The hotel offered a great breakfast which was included in the price. They also had a nice onsen that was a delightful surprise. the location had easy access to public transportation and a lot of restaurants around.
The bathroom was really small and the exhaust needed cleaning. They should also limit the usage of the lobby amenities since they only allow you to take up to five items.

Good Price and Nice Amenities
Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and it was a good deal! The location was great, close to several restaurants and shops, and the price was unbeatable for the area. The amenities were also a plus, with a lovely onsen to soak in after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was also friendly and accommodating to my requests.
The check-in process was also a hassle, with lengthy forms to fill out. the breakfast selection was limited and not very satisfying.
